Demolition of portions of the existing concrete paving. New 5” thick reinforcing concrete paving, create accessible route. Upgrades to two (2) water features. South water Feature – New submersible pumps, HDPE pipe. Modify weirs and construct new stone weirs. North Water Feature – Complete demolition of the existing water feature and construction of an entirely new water feature. Concrete paver removal and replacement. Block Stone Island wall reconstruction. Installation of prefabricated pedestrian bridge. Installation of pedestrian foot bridge. Installation of two (2) new steel entry portals.
