The scope of work included a three-story ground-up addition of a new 40,000 SF wing, as well as, Historical Restoration work to the 1928 City and State Historical Landmark School. The addition will serve as a science and performing arts wing for the DISD college-prep academy. Restoration work of the existing original school building consists of the restroom, athletic areas, and concrete renovations, doors/hardware and window replacements, HVAC, electrical, lighting, and site utilities/drainage upgrades.
