This project consisted of renovations to Dallas’ 1925 Cole Park, one of the city’s earliest public parks and its Spanish-Revival style pavilion. The scope of work included concrete flatwork, structural concrete, grading, underground storm utilities, lighting, masonry, site furnishings, interior finishes and installation of an irrigation system.
