This renovation project converted an existing American Airlines lounge into an additional dining area for Pappasito’s Restaurant; located in Terminal A at DFW Airport. This addition added full-service dining for 94 guests along with a full-service bar. Phillips/May demoed the existing lounge, removed the flooring, most of the walls and all the ceilings. PMC added new plumbing lines and drains to the bar and restrooms. PMC installed new electrical panels and lighting, custom woodwork, painting, tile, terrazzo flooring, carpeting, millwork, HVAC and fire alarm.
