Terminal C High Gates
More detail
Terminal C High Gates – Design Build (Archer Western/H.J Russell/Phillips/May JV)
The Terminal C High Gates Demolition and Rebuild Project provided the capacity to help DFW meet its growing demand. The project involved abating and demolishing the Terminal C extension that was built in 1988 as a temporary structure for five gates (33, 35 – 37 and 39).
The project replaced the outdated structure by constructing a new two-level 80,000 square foot terminal consisting of a prefabricated modular envelope (shell and core). The gates at this new domestic flight terminal accommodate five narrow-body aircraft or regional jets.
