Terminal F Phase 1 – CMAR (Archer Western/Phillips/May/Reyes Group JV)

Terminal F Phase 1 provided a new concourse extension of the south end of the existing Terminal D. This project included four (4) new aircraft gates with associated passenger boarding bridges, baggage handling system extension from Terminal D, and new Concourse and FIS areas that connect seamlessly to Terminal D.

Construction work included selective demolition at Terminal D, drilled pier foundations, grade beams, a steel frame structure, slab on grade, slab on metal deck, curtainwall glazing with dynamic glazing, metal panels, a membrane roof system, new mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems, additional elevators, escalators, and moving walkways, and new restroom facilities.
